Research

Passionate about engaging in research

One of the 3 core aims of the Institute is to ENGAGE in critical and cutting edge research (of which there is a major lack at present) to help guide new graduate clinical education toward the unique and specific skill-set needed in the area of private practice. This research helps to form novel and improved methods and ways of teaching clinical education to new graduates; it helps to identify those key skills and concepts that are most easily transferable for maximum impact and highlights the biggest gaps in knowledge or skill of new grads --> to guide educators and new grads to understand which things should be taught and learned first as mission critical!

This better serves the fresh faced new graduates we teach year in and year out, our vision and all clinical educators devoted to helping raise up the next generation of health pros coming out of University into the world of Private Practice. Research is conducted qualitatively through questionnaire format - involving information gathering with each cohort through the workshops and this will be summarised and formalised through collaboration with a University in the future.  Further research of Industry gurus, thought leaders and pioneers of the craft are currently being interviewed, which will make their way into a Book to be published soon.

We also seek to Engage in research a working knowledge of how best to treat a human, to engage with every patient on a deeper level, to be more present and give world class healthcare that Cares!
