ABOUT

THE fOUNDER

Passionate About Inspiring Others

Adam has a unique approach to life and his life’s work as a Healthcare Professional.  He has been intentionally putting the care back into Healthcare since 2004.  His stand out clinics have the values and mottos “Healthcare that Cares” and “Hope for You” and "From Survive to Thrive" (the latter for his chronic pain – Headache & Migraine and Cancer Rehab clinics).

Adam lives these mottos and models these principles to his health team of over 35 and to all those he educates.  His passion to make sure healthcare professionals themselves are cared for and healthy - to balance high empathy (along with world class clinical skills and patient care) with high levels of self-care and avoiding clinician burnout – led him to found the Complete Clinician Institute.  He mentors and runs workshops for young Physios and other Health Pros helping them to integrate the best clinical and non-clinical skills for maximum impact and confidence in Private Practice settings and especially for young Health Pros to be healthy themselves – to work smarter not just harder and to be healthy in mind and body - so they can enjoy a long, happy and injury free career!

Adam’s deep passions are his family, his faith, training/exercise and encouraging people (with treatment and education) to live healthy – to live life to the full!  He is a proud Husband and Father of five energetic children, Business Owner, Physiotherapist Principal, Watson Headache® Certified Practitioner, Clinical Educator, Mentor, Speaker and innovative NGO/Charity co-Founder/Director.

His passion for delivery of world class and innovative treatments, standout and memorable patient care combined with his love of encouraging young Health Pros and Physios naturally led him to found his own award winning health businesses and clinics.  Over the years his Health companies have been awarded 'Small Business of the Year' and himself the U.Q. College and Ipswich Chamber of Commerce award "Young Business Person of the Year Award" 2014.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Queensland (U.Q.) in 2004.  Since completing his studies, Adam has grown a deep passion for helping patients that are locked in the chronic pain cycle, especially those who have been misdiagnosed, misled or a managed poorly – often having a neuropathic pain component overlooked and thus highly sensitive nervous systems.  His pursuit of the latest neuroscience research education and innovative treatment approaches for chronic pain has led him to undergo extensive professional development and post graduate courses in the fields of Spinal Pain, Neuropathic pain, Chronic Pain, Headache and Migraine Pain. In the last few years Adam has undergone post grad training and mentorship by Dean Watson at the world renowned Watson Headache® Institute in Sydney.  As a Watson Headache® Certified Practitioner he joins only a small number in the world using this innovative approach with precision.

Adam has always had a heart to do Healthcare differently, with genuine and unforgettable Care as the focus, and his various enterprises reflect that.  He founded The Kingdom Health Group in 2007 which began humbly as a mobile physio service in the Western suburbs of Brisbane.  The group is now a parent company, as Adam has gone on to found (and still operates) four Health businesses and is co-founder and visionary for the N.G.O charity iCare4U.
